Iron shafts

Parallel- Is it fair to say you do not need to tip a parallel shaft, only cut the butt end for desired length?

Taper tip- Only trim if wanting to stiffen the spine and trim the butt end for length?

Drivers/Wood Shafts- Only trim tip to stiffen the spine?

Parallel iron shafts do need to be tip trimmed.

Thanks for the chart Curt. So how do I know what frequency I should be at for trimming? I play stiff shafts.

No prob Vince! I can't remember exactly but I think Kbs tour stiff are 5.6 or 5.7 frequency.
