Seared tuna and a salad. Having some Angry Orchard as an appetizer. :D

We kicked it with a Rib Roast, salted potatoes, broccoli, and Italian green beans. With a garlic Tuscan bread. Capped it off with hot Godiva brownie al a mode!

After a three day weekend of debauchery, I'm back on the diet.

I went up three times. So that wasn't an issue since I wasn't loading up.

Then had a hot fudge sundae for dessert. I am stuffed.
