THP Regional Rivalry - NY/NJ vs New England - Sponsored By True Temper

25+ mph winds are tough to play in any temperature.

There is something about this that makes that first 65 degree and sunny day when I'm out on the golf course just that much sweeter. Until then, I accept all challengers for a round of sim golf, as long as there are drinks of course. I agree with my opposing captain's "fun with drinks" thought there.
Where abouts are you located? I'd be up for a round with a couple wobbly pops.

To be fair, its 65 and we have 25 mph winds too.
And gasp, I am playing tomorrow in 58 with even higher winds.

But then again, I dont qualify for THP Regional Rivalry, so you have that going for you.
Bring your Parka.

not for nothing but concerning the snow pics. I must say there is something surreal about clean snow in the natural wooded area that is so peaceful and naturally calming and just outright pretty. I know it goes against the golf wishing but sometimes ya gotta stop and appreciate the awesomeness of nature. Not to count out the awesomeness nature of looking at Clearwater beach. But not everyone has seem snow nor mountainous terrain nor both combined for that matter.

Wont need to, its nice weather.
Maybe I should just move to the wonderful state of NJ so I can really get a taste of proper living. Ya know, great taxes, interesting people and fantastic weather. :alien:

Well, one of those statements is correct. The people are...interesting, that's for sure.

Well.....I never said "proper" living.

But JB...I must say have you occasionally taken your hits at NJ trash talking in this thread and shown your true love. Am I sensing some bias here? Or are you just jealous of high taxes and interesting people and fantastic weather? I mean Nothing like the white sand beaches and clear blue waters of Keensburg. Or perhaps its the striped bass loaded with PCP's, enough politics to confuse the most intelligent lawyers, failing casinos, too much horse manure, too many state troupers, too many criminals, weekend traffic jams, speed limits that change in every town. Or is it just the jersey fresh tomatos, corn , and eggplant? But for what its worth there are plenty of nice beaches and country and we did produce Bruce, the Four seasons, and Sinatra :). The biggest thing NE produced besides some seafood was a cheating quarterback with inflated balls.

And on that note...I say we open up to some more fun trash talk

Heck the entertainment industry wouldn't be half of what it is without NJ. Granted they all left but there's something in the water here. We are the Garden State, where the sewer meets the road. Bring on the trash talk. We own the trash industry. We'll just make you an offer you can't refuse.

Am really looking forward for a chance to represent in this one.
Ddec, all kidding aside, you will have some tough choices ahead. Do not fear, no matter who your choices are you have my full support. The team will also have my full support to win the RR for NY / NJ

I found out yesterday that my best friend's wife is throwing him a surprise 30th birthday party on June 25th, so I will be unable to put my name in for consideration. I tried to do out the math and even if it is an evening party, I wouldn't be able to make it work logistically. Wicked bummed to miss out on the opportunity, but will be around to help #TeamNE any way I can leading up to the event. Maybe a couple practice rounds? Looking forward to following along as #TeamNE works their way to the W!

Sorry to hear, but like you said - there's always pre-round practice rounds or who knows, people might stick around and play somewhere else Sunday.
