How many wedges do you play?

PW, 50, 54, 56, and 60. I do use them all at my home course, other places... not so much. Lately though I have been considering a change, the 60 and the 56 may be coming out and replaced by a 58... still tinkering.

Currently have 4, could see myself throwing a 5th in (62 or 64*) depending on the course.

45* set PW
50* set UW
54* SW
58* LW

I use them all. I used to only carry 3 wedges, but I realized that a majority of my strokes are lost around the green. I pulled a 5W and gapped my 3W and H accordingly. I found no loss in using just 3 woods and found a great advantage to carrying 4 wedges.

4 including set PW (45*). Others are GW (50 bent to 49), 54 and 58.

Right now I am experimenting with 5:

PW: 44[SUP]o [/SUP](Though this is more like a 9I loft, historically speaking)
GW: 49[SUP]o
[/SUP]SW: 54[SUP]o
[/SUP]LW: 58[SUP]o
[/SUP]ULW: 64[SUP]o

[/SUP]

4.
Pw
50
54
58.

I use 4 at the moment. Set PW, 49 Gw, 52 & 56. I just borrowed a 60 from the same series as my 52 &56, but have not tried yet

Counting my PW, I use 4. They go 45-50-54-60. I have to admit, the 60 rarely comes out of the bag. Only use it for shots that require me to hit over something with little room to land the ball. If I have a clear path to the green, I just as soon play a bump and run rather than a flop shot.

3 including my PW.
PW
52
58

52 from 105 and in. 58 for pitches and chips around the green.

Set PW (47), 54, 58

Set PW and GW, and 52, 56, and 60°. The gapping gives me full swing ability down to 70y, and I use the 60° almost exclusively inside of 70.

I have 3.... PW (115-135), 54*(105-115) and a 60*(0-100)

4 - PW from set, 50, 54, and 58

4 - Set PW (46), and Vokey SM5's in 50, 54, and 60.

I typically carry 5 wedges...

Set PW: 46˚
Set AW: 50˚
SW: 56˚
LW: 60˚
XW: 64˚

Normally I'll use the set's PW and AW as full swing 10 and 11 irons and chipping. The 56˚, 60˚ and 64˚ wedges are used for sand, pitching, chipping, and finesse shots depending on the distance and rollout required. Flop shots are handled by the 60˚ and 64˚ wedges.

Depending on the course being played I may pull out the 64˚ wedge in favour of a longer club in the bag.

Set PW and GW, along with the Vokey SM5 54 and 58...use them all.

I am a four wedge guy.

PW, Gap, 56, 62. Or similar, depending if there is a 60* laying around that I think is better.

from my match set of irons I have a PW, GW, and of course SW, but also bag a 60* LW. But fwiw I dont really consider the set PW a wedge per say. With todays sets of clubs its really imo the old 9iron but that's just my feeling.

I am a 46, 51, 56, 60....I like this set up because I run into more distances where I can hit 3/4 shots. I rarely have yardages St the top of the bag where I don't have a club.

Four wedges. PW and GW are from my iron set. 56 SW and 60 LW do not match my set.

46/51/54/57 Gonna bend the AW to 50 to gap better between PW and AW.

I'm playing with 4 wedges including the PW. Current setup- 52°, 56° and 60°. I believe my PW is 48° which would have my gapping of 4° per club.

2 permanent (people-45 and u-50). I'm trying to figure out what to do this year. I'm using a 56/60 setup now but think 54/58 is more appropriate
