I have to mention my customer service experience with tourstockputters.com. I ordered a Queen B model 6 and some head covers on a Sunday with 2 day air shipping. I got my shipping confirmation from them on Monday but for some reason, the UPS page never showed any status updates. I used the contact us link on the site and got a phone call about 30 minutes later. They said that maybe the sticker probably pealed off and was never scanned. They immediately grabbed another QB and boxed it up and are shipping another right out to me, no questions asked. They just asked if I ever get the other putter, to call them to ship it back. They refunded the shipping and apologized over and over again for the mix-up. They were even willing to ship it to the course I was playing in case I needed it right away. I understand there are some things out of their control, and I believe this is one of those times. What impressed me is the instant response and quick fix. Bettinardi and Tour Stock Putters customer for life.

This sounds like a great ideaWe are getting my dad a gift certificate for the Bettinardi studio so he can get fit for his birthday/Father's Day. Was talking to my brother and said what are the odds we don't come back with one too!

That's awesome. I would love to be able to step up to a $1k+ putter, but not in the cards for a while for me if ever haha.
