Terrific Maxfli customer service !

I won a dozen Maxfli SoftFli balls in a twitter contest a couple of weeks ago.
During the third round with the same ball I pulled from a sleeve, the ball cracked from a 3 wood off the tee.
I took a photo and sent it to Maxfli via Twitter. They replied that they would make it right and wanted my shipping address.
A few days later a dozen Softfli's AND a dozen of the Maxfli U6/x balls show up on my door. Along with the package was a handwritten card, apologizing for the broken ball.

Way cool DD. I like the U3. But alas they nixed it this year. The Soft Fli is not bad. I'm glad they made it right for you.
