I took the plunge and cut my cb HT down from 38 to 36" yesterday. I reinstalled the shaft weight and put on a SS 2.0. It feels much better, but I haven't got to try it on the course yet. If it's too heavy, I'll send it back to Tennessee and have the spud cut down to normal head weight.

Did someone grab the mFGP2 with the insert? I pondered that one hard and didn't pull the trigger in time.
Hopefully djames took my advice.

I'm tempted to try one of the si4's dallasgolf has listed as a cheap experiment, but most of them seem to be pretty scratched up. Maybe I'll just wait until I find a cheap db4 to scratch my plumbers neck Seemore itch.

I bought Blaze Orange, Blue (regular old blue), and Bright Lime. I think Im going to use the Blue on my mFGP so its either Blaze Orange or Bright Lime. Not sure yet... Need to figure out how to get that little RST bubble-ish logo off the backside of the head

My meager collection now. Regripped the 34" mint X2 last nite, pictured with the 33" FGP Mallet from Quail. It tilts me a bit that I wish the grips were switched, maybe someday lol.

Can't wait to see it Qua1l, I think its a great putter have always wanted one, had the X4 and loved it.
I've been really happy with my SeeMore lately. Getting much more comfortable with it. They make such good putters. I want another one. haha....someday.

While I was waiting for the X2 to arrive (a whopping 2 days) I decided to play a round with the 1 putter I have left that is not a SeeMore, a Yes Tiffany. It was my poorest putting all year. Missing left and right, leaving it way short. Needless to say as soon as I got home it went back in the den caddy. Just waiting for the paint to dry on the X2 so I can get a matching grip installed....not 100% sure I like the "Bright Lime" though. Its more like a Metallic Olive. I might strip it and just do the orange.

At the time, I didn't know I was going to trade for Qua1l's so had ordered a green SS for a change of pace and to look good with my THP covers. Not the end of the world. The guy at GG says they are very tough to remove without damaging them (not sure if that's true). They seemed to remove my Garsen without much problem after they installed it backwards. I now install them myself (solvent/tape method). I've got an air compressor so I guess I'll need to look into using air next lol.
