As the title suggests, show us some of your old classic putters and if you still have it and please include the original headcover if you still have it.

I'll begin with RAM Zebra Z2 with the TearDrop Roll-Face.

I showed you one of mine - so let's see one of yours.

So who's up next?

I had that exact same putter.

Still looks to be in great shape!

I had that exact same putter.

I took it out the other day to compare it to some of my "best modern" putters. Other than the grip that is way too small it's still magic. Will be putting a modern grip on it and throwing it into my new putter comparisons that I'm doing over the winter. I think she'll put up a good fight against the new kids on the block.

I'll post up a couple when I get home. I used to have an old IMG Iron Master blade but I gifted it to another THP'r.

Don't have any to share, but educate us on the age of these things when you post them please. I'm very intrigued.

Here is my first putter I ever owned. My grandma gave it to me when I was about 14ish. I'm 41 now. I used this putter exclusively till about 4 years ago.

Her are mine:

L To R - Palmer Original with Leather grip (I realize it's not original), Wilson 8802 Re-issue circa 1994, Titleist Bullseye, and Finally a Golfcraft Goldboy with fiberglass shaft. This was my moms putter and the first one I ever putted with. Sadly I no longer have her Hogan Princess irons and woods.

I game an old Scottsdale Ping Kushin that was my great grandpa's. It's the only putter I've ever owned in the 25+ years I've been golfing. I'll try to get some pics of it tomorrow.

Everything is original except for the grip. Let's keep them coming - who's next?

Found this today in my father in law's barn. Don't know much about it and a Google search doesn't bring anything up.

i would love some more info if anyone knows any history on it.

looks like a Ben Hogan putter one on e-bay is a p138 model -- maybe that will help

Interesting thread. I'll get some pictures, but this is going to be my fortieth season of golfing and I've played three putters:

Acushnet Bullseye - 1977-86. It was pretty much the standard back then.

Slotline Inertial - 1986-2006. It was considered breakthrough technology.

Ping G5i Craz-E C - 2007-2016. It was the first putter I was really fitted for and has been a valued contributor.

I am, however, intrigued by the Cure RX2 Tour. I'm afraid to try one.

Cool thread. Paging Maddog for this thread
