Hey guys, my cousin is starting to play and I have been put in change of putting together a set for him.

Want to start with a set of irons. Don't want something super game improvement huge shovels, but something more in the middle still very forgiving.

Would prefer a makeup like 5-PW, GW, with lightweight steel shafts.

Want to keep it under around $150

Let me know!!

I have a set of Ping I3's.

If you bump up the budget to around $200, you can get a nice set of Taylormade Rocketbladez off ebay. Would be a great starter set.

2nd this... I like mine alot. Very forgiving and consistent. Not too large, and very pleasing at address... only negative is the "thwack" sound that the 4-6 make, but a small complaint for good irons

I've got a set of Taylormade Rocketbladez, 5-SW, at home that I'm not using. If you can go $200 plus a little for shipping there yours. Nothing wrong with them I just got the new iron bug and replaced them 2 months ago. They are regular flex project x 5.5 with newer grips.

Cobra Amp Cell (Silver) with the TT90 shafts??

Another vote for RocketBladez. Cleveland CG Blacks also come to mind.

Got some blue dot Ping G5s collecting dust bud. Shoot me a pm if interested.
