    What is it you do?

I know bow doesn't seem like the time to think about it, but you've entertained the idea of relocating on here. Now, just might be the perfect time to toss some resumes to the wind to see where you get picked up.

It's not easy. I (we) did it in 2017. Relocated from communist NJ to the windy, stormy, rain soaked OK. It was well worth it. We've been here for 2 years almost. I had a job to come to, but didn't start it for a little over a month after we got here. Wife found something to hold her over and finally started a job that will make our lives much easier this week.

Good luck and toss it out there if there's anything I (we) can do to help.

I suffer from anxiety (it's bad), and something I have learned is to take a random 15 minutes out of my day and do something that distracts my mind like a crossword puzzle, or adult coloring book, or even reading a book. Taking 15 minutes a few times a day to do this really helps calm the mind. Also, for sleeping try liquid melatonin, it naturally calms the mind and helps you fall asleep. It won't help you stay asleep, but it will help you fall asleep. Good luck!!

Thanks GG, I usually only have anxiety when flying but like the idea of a distraction to calm the mind. Ive tried melatonin before but dont like the feeling. Thinking of trying reading before bed tonight or drinking some tea to relax.

I hope it helps, the distraction helps me a lot, and reading before bed is a great option, I have had great success with that.
