As a sports junkie, one of my favorite shows is the ESPN documentary series 30 for 30 and this past weekend was the debut of "Believeland". It covered the glory days of Cleveland back in the 40's 50's and early 60's then jumped into the downfall of the city, manufacturing and sports as a whole for Cleveland then jumped right into the 80's and what we believe to be the beginning of the heartbreak for cleveland sports fans. I thought it was incredibly well done and really is a great show to have the young fans in this city watch and understand why my generation still cheers our heart out for teams that seem like they will never be able to win. I feel this episode falls in line with the rest of the 30 for 30's as some of the best sports tv one can watch
I really need to watch this one.

I have enjoyed every 30 for 30 episode I watched and I would say I have seen at least 90% of them.

The whole series is absolute GOLD! What I like most is that I will find myself watching a documentary about a sport or event that I may not have cared less about at the time or know nothing about...but then you get some background details that is mind-blowing. My personal favorites in the series (in no particular order) include:

    The U (part 1)
Silly Little Game - about the beginnings of fantasy sports
June 17th, 1994 (probably my favorite one)
    Tim Richmond: To The Limit
    Pony Express
    You Don't Know Bo
    Bad Boys
    The Day the Series Stopped
    Brian and the Boz
Angry Sky - amazing story about an unknown extreme sport pioneer!

Have not been able to watch the Four Falls of Buffalo.
Have not been able to watch any old footage of the 91 Superbowl.
    Love 30 for 30 though.
    Great thread.

I actually saw him play his freshman year. When he cam around the end you could see the fear in the corner backs eyes. He was huge and ran like a track star

The sad/funny thing about that 30 for 30 is I was watching it with my nephew who loves sports and he says he must have been amazing in the NFL... Well we kept watching and he saw what unfortunately happened. He was like Adrian Peterson but possibly a little bigger and all the other players were quite a bit smaller.

Really great show...did a good job of encompassing what it is to be a cleveland fan.
    1. Screw elway.
    2. I forgot about the error at 2nd leading to the run that tied the game 7 vs marlins.

And 8 more freaking wins for cavs and this can all be over
