Is there a push cart that if kind of folded up with the bag in it will fit in a riding cart that already has a bag in it. My pathetic self would like to start to get a bit of exercise. My home course is a bit hilly and my concern is if I get to 6/7 or 14/15 and nowhere near the clubhouse and I've had enough can I just throw on with one of the other guys. Not interested in carrying. Thanks.

I'd be interested in buying something like that too. Hopefully someone knows of one.

SM micro cart gets small when folded. They have a newer cart that is smaller yet. Most ride carts I see have a basket behind the seats, and it seems like the micro cart might just fit there.

I don't have experience with other push carts. SM is a Montana company, so that's all we see around here.

That's an idea. Have you used the micro? Wondering how well those smaller wheels roll through deep tangly rough? From what I remember from my round with mr3putt, deep rough isn't an issue for him ... me on the other hand ... my push needs 4WD.

Maybe the Alphard Cart. It might work.

I'm not sure how well it works, but I've seen guys just drag their push cart hanging out of the golf cart. Not sure how viable that is for playing holes, but it's an option.
Hireko claims they've got one of the most compact carts on the market. It's fairly inexpensive, I've been pondering one for a while, but my cart is in pretty decent shape, so I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

The Sun Mountain Microcart folds up pretty small and I think it would fit in the basket of a cart. I wasn't a fan of the first version, but I hope the next one was an improvement.

Another one that gets pretty small is the Big Max Blade:

The other option as dazeedmonds mentioned is you can drag the cart behind you. I have done this a few times where I stood on the back of the cart (where a bag would normally go) and hold on to the motor cart with one hand and the push cart in the other.

The only bag I would think that might fit on a cart is another Sun Mountain that is an option but it is not cheap:

I can't say which push carts might fit. But my dad uses my old basic pull cart and that can fold while still attached to the bag....and the whole bag/pull cart will still fit on the back of the golf cart.

I use a Clicgear 3.5 and it is a great push cart. On ocassion I have ridden up a hill just holding on to the push cart without a problem. If needed, I could fold up my cart and place it between the driver/passenger on the golf cart and place my bag in the holder in back. I rather hitch a ride holding on though. Tim

I got a Big Max Z 360 for Christmas. I really like the rotating front wheel. Their Blade model is cool too. Great Customer Service. http://us.bigmaxgolf.com/

I would look into finding a way to clamp it to the riding cart. Pheraps using the mount that people use to mount them to the wall of their garage as a starting point.
