Topping a tee shot on the first tee. Especially around co-workers.
 
I think the most embarrassing is the chunking wiff, where you hit 5in behind the ball and throw a chunk of sod down the fairway, but your ball never moves
 
I'd say a complete whiff, a drive that only makes it to the ladies tees and the dreaded "S" shot.
All would make me pull out the ski mask and drift away.
