Need Some Swing Help

I finally got my attempt at a swing on video. Im hitting a small fade with my irons and an even bigger, unwanted fade with my driver. My carry distance today was between 208-214. Then the lack of distance carries down through the clubs. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I did notice also it appears my hands are aren't staying in front of the ball and I'm releasing too early.

Tadashi....any input on getting rid of the hard fade off the driver and adding distance?

Are you hitting a fade or a slice? Looks like the ball starts right of the target line and then turns left.

Some of my drives are slices. In that video the ball did start right of the target.
 
Your hands never get above your rear shoulder on the backswing. So there is no transition for you to work with. The club isn't releasing and has no choice but to be slightly over the top. I think we need to get the hands higher.

Thanks for the reply. What would be first step to start accomplishing this?
 
Keep the right knee pointing forward. Don't allow it to move behind the ball. This will make you rotate your shoulders vs just swinging your arms back. The object is to coil against the lower body.

Work on keeping the lower body quiet and turn the shoulders 90* against the lower body.
