For those that have tuned into THP Radio as of late, have enjoyed a question asked to some in the golf industry in the Fire Away Segment about their namesake burger.

So here is your choice.
You are going to create the burger with your name on it.
Give us the rundown.
Patties, made of what? How many?
Toppings?
Condiments?
Any others?

Anything goes here, so give us the rundown on your burger, just like the guests on THP Radio.
To hear an example, here is Jeff Neubarth giving us the Emmy Burger, in this Podcast.

Patties- 2 100% Wagyu Beef Patties
Toppings- Colby Jack Cheese, Bacon, Over Medium Egg, Lettuce
Condiments- Ketchup, Mayo
Bun- Lightly buttered, toasted sesame seed bun

This is a little trickier than I thought it would be. There are a lot of good toppings you can put on a burger but you could butcher it if you add all of them, or just completely mask/butcher different flavors.

One medium sized patty.
Bacon.
One Egg (not destroyed but not overly runny).
Lettuce.
Cheese.
Either a hashbrown patty or fresh cut fries.
Ketchup.
Brioche Bun.

And a celebration of happyness. I shall call it "The Eddy"

Bun: Two grilled cheese sandwiches
Patties: 4
Toppings: Fried egg, spicy aioli, lettuce, cheese

Grill top butters bun, both sides of the top and bottom bun.
1/2 lb before cooking of 90/10 ground sirloin (salt, pepper, garlic seasoning)
bbq/major/hot sauce spread (top bun)
pepperjack cheese, lettuce, thin slice of Tom, sweet relish, ketchup and mustard (right after top bun)
grilled honey ham and grilled onions (on the burger with cheese over it)
smoked Gouda (melted over the ham and onions)
bottom bun

served with thick cut steak fries

I read this and thought, there is one thing that doesnt fit in this explosion. Way to healthy it up.

Keeps it "diet" friendly

The Pringles Burger:

- This magnificent burger needs to be housed between a baked fresh daily Pretzel Bun
- Two 1/4 lb patties made of 80/20 ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce
- Each patty will be topped with a different type of cheese (top patty will have pepper jack and bottom patty will have smoked gouda)
- This burger will also have the following toppings:
~ Thick Cut Hickory Maple Smoked Bacon (x2 pieces)
~ Grilled Onions cooked in butter till they are almost burnt
- The final topping will be used to bring the whole burger together...I know there will be some hesitation to this but trust me it is outstanding. This burger will have a dollop of Peanut Butter (creamy) between the two patties upon construction.
- Finally this burger will be served with your choice of Pringles potato chip!

I would do a high fat content mixture, but with some good flavor mixed in like ground strip or ribeye.

American cheese.

diced vidalia onion sautéed in butter and finished with a drizzle of white truffle oil

butter lettuce

slocomb tomatoes

dill pickle chips

dukes mayonnaise, Heinz ketchup, french's yellow mustard

over easy+ duck egg

I'm torn on the bun. I want something substantial enough to support the mess the burger will make. maybe French bread rolls? lightly toasted brioche would work too.

I would call it The If You Don't Like This GTFO

I didn't see your response before posting mine, but I like your style. Haha.

Two 1/4lb patties stuffed with fresh mozzarella
2 slices of cheddar (one on each bun)
1 slice of smoked provalone
6 slices of crispy bacon(3 on each side
Fried Onion strings
Sweet Baby Rays sweet vidalia onion bbq sauce on the bottom
Chipotle mayo on the top

Now we are talking. I do these on the grill regularly.

2 1/4 LB Angus beef paddies, prefer bottom round with a 70/30 lean to fat ratio.

Cooked medium rare

A hard kaiser roll for your burger topped with the following:

Two slices of cooked Canadian bacon, raw Vidallia onion sliced thin, one slice of aged english cheddar cheese, a few dill pickle slices, grilled mushrooms (baby portabella), ketchup, salt, pepper.

The Zeff!

There are many ways I enjoy a burger, but if I had to pick one it would be a simple, all American burger.

- 1/4lb patty, cooked medium (pink, but not bleeding)
- shredded lettuce (it has to be shredded, that's what makes the burger)
- slice of tomato
- dill pickles (at least 3 chips, the more the better)
- ketchup
- a smear of yellow mustard
- a smear of mayo
- and some kind of hearty, but not hard bun, like a potato bun or something.

NO cheese, NO bacon, plain and simple.

Now if I want to go exotic, my pick would hands down be:

- 1/4lb patty, cooked medium (pink, but not bleeding)
- blueberry jam, with pieces of blueberries in it
- delicious, creamy, melty brie cheese
- and a hearty, but not hard bun.

Mouth watering!

I love the exotic combo you laid out. Wow now I need to try!

From my contest entry with Chad's podcast:

I'm thinking cheddar cheese, picked jalapeños, arugula, red onion, tomato, and Cajun mayo on a toasted sesame bun. The SkiBumBurger!

There is a tiny 10 table place in downtown St. Pete that makes it, that's where I tried it for the first time. OMG, greatest burger I have ever had. The sweet and salty combo in divine.

Here's the place http://theavenuedtsp.com/

Local place had it and GG ordered it and has been talking about it ever since.

If I were home, I'd be making this. I love contrasting flavors like this!

Listen you guys...An ideal burger is one that keeps its form throughout the eating experience, isn't stupid messy, and one that you can easily take a bite of (not something piled 3 feet high). So I give you...

THE REGULAR:

- 1/4 lb 80/20 chopped meat
- shredded iceburg lettuce (shredded real nice, that's the key)
- thin sliced tomatoes (2 slices)
- thin sliced red onion
- pickles
- Ketchup (or thousand island dressing)
- Potato Bun

You're welcome!

Is 'regular' used with all your foods?! Pizza, burgers.....

I do like the idea of thousand island on a burger. I like messy however. Give me a Jucy Lucy with some fried onions and a cheap bun and I am golden.

Very simple for me. Meat, cheese, jalapeños, tomato slice, lettuce and ketchup

I told him to call it the Regular...haha

A bit different from Hashtag's from the Podcast which had cow on pig crime topping his burger with pulled pork.
