2-Person Games

Heading out for a golf trip with 1 of my buddies later this summer and we are trying to figure out some good 2-man games. Got any ideas?

In terms of handicaps, I would probably give him 2 strokes a side.

yeah, not sure you can how many other games you can play besides match play, skins and maybe a Nassau. Usually my buddy and I play closest to the pin on par 3s (but if you 3 putt you lose it) as well as legit birdies are worth another one.

4 person gams give you so many more options.
 
Nassau is also a decent one.
 
Me and my buddy have a standard game anytime we play. We are close enough we don't do any sort of stokes. Pretty much a 5/5/5 Nassau, buy we add one twist to it. If you get a birdie, it is $1, eagle you get $3, if you make a double or worse, you pay $0.50. We think it adds a little to the standard game to have the extras. Sure most of the time the birdies and doubles tend to cancel out, but it adds a little more pressure on both knowing there is something specific on it.
