Ice cream and it's not even a hard choice.
 
Haribo mini rainbow frogs. The gummy stuff they make the white underbellies out of is glorious, and the rest of the gummy is delicious.

I'd say ice cream but it can be found sugar free and low cal., so I'll say Twinkies. Been eating them my entire life.
 
Tootsie Rolls, Frito's or Chick-Fil A chicken sandwich.
 
Double Stuf Oreos
 
Popcorn. Ever since I was a kid, I have been addicted to it. Eat it as a meal many nights when the wife is away.
 
If pizza counts as a junk food, then this isn't even a close call.
 
If I was allowed only one junk food for life, Culver's Oreo Concrete Mixer.
 
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream...and a spoon.
