So I got these kbs shafts need help please!

These came from kbs c taper lite ,I'm old school and a bit rusty ,back in the day we used to spine the shafts, because they didn't chime that way, so I wad told this red line and number is cams and the line is spine, but when I use my spine tool they are off so I'm thinking that this line is either a flo or pure line which usually is different but better than the spine align?,what's your thoughts? And if so fun what I'm reading then I should align this line up with 12 o'clock, back in the day spine aligning was either 3 or 9 o'clock basically going with the club face
