Great position at the top. The right leg needs to maintain its flex. The inconsistency you are seeing is coming from this flaw. You are changing your swing plane.

You do well to get back into position but you don't want to depend on always being in the right place. This is why keeping that right flex it so key. It turns your swing into an automatic motion vs a timed motion.

I like this position but would like the toe moving left more. Your club face is open and what I call, dragging shut. With great club speed this would be fine but your swing is moderate so we need the face close to square at this point. Don't shut it but work on squaring by the time it hits that right leg.
 
How would you suggest closing it? I drag across it frequently and i know it but don't know how to fix.

Just so you know my driver ss is tops 110mph and average 105. If any of that helps

Try to bury the knuckles of you left grand into the turf in the downswing. This, of course, is physically impossible. But the motion of trying to do so will close the club face and allow you to release through the shot.
 
Ok I'll give it a go. Might be hard for a cereal hooker but I understand what you're saying
