Best Cart Bag for $150 or Less

With the Budget Golf Sale and THP Deal I'm pondering a new cart bag.

Looking at spending less than $200. I would like a 14/15 way top and relatively lightweight 6 lbs or so.

Here are the bags I'm leaning toward:

Ogio Stinger Cart Bag

Ogio Shredder Cart Bag

Bag Boy Chiller

Sun Mountain C-130 7 Way

Any thoughts or suggestions?
 
I'm surprised the Sun Mountain Phantom, which is also on their site for a good price, isn't on your list...
