FWIW, it was me that put those images in, not a company. Its what I had handy for descriptions.
 
Done, and now I have a new putter shopping urge.
 
it was hard to establish priorities as they all need to be there, shape feel technology at the right price.

I found it interesting that actual performance really wasn't addressed in the survey. The items in the preference list aren't the top things I consider. Should have included questions about putter fitting. .... but it's not my survey
 
Done. The only question that through me off was "heavy or light".
 
Done. Have to love the many options in putters.
 
Done, and based on what is brought to market by the big guys... I'm weird.

Done. I came away realizing I have very little strong preference for putters
 
Done. I hope whoever this is for will notice how fiercely I clicked on the button that said I'm more into light putters. Very few options in the sub 350g category now, even fewer in the sub 340 which I find the easiest to use. I can't be alone in struggling with these mega heavy putters, am I?

Done. I've had my putter for a long time. But not Maddog long.
 
Done. And fully relevant since I just purchased a new O-Works. Did a lot of research this time and looked/tried a lot of different brands.
