What improvements/benefits have you seen through the bag?

I've shortened all my woods, not anything else...Driver, 3W, and hybrid are all shorter than standard and I immediately saw an improvement in ball striking. I think most off the shelf, standard length golf clubs are too long for most amateurs

Driver 43.5"
3w 41.25"
Hybrids -1"
Irons and wedges -1/2"

I'm only 5'4" so shorter simply fits me better.

I've been playing irons to driver at +1". I'm thinking of shortening them 1-1.5". I'm 6-1 but my arms are kinda long.

Similar for me. Driver is 43", 3w 41" 5w 40", everything else is standard length. Completely agree that most standard length woods and hybrids are too long. I swing faster at 43" on my driver than I ever did at 45+. Confidence equals speed at least for me.

I can see that. I hit the ball higher with a 43.5 driver so hopefully that also applies for woods.
