Picture it: a hearty slab of meatloaf laying upon a bed of Russian dressing topped with cheddar, fried egg, bacon, and black forest ham, all sitting between the moist halves of an onion kaiser.
Its the only thing I know of that fills my 16 year old nephew up enough that he skips lunch.
