Had a brain fart today. Recently got a Bimatrx Tour Prototype and installed a shaft adapter on it today. However I forgot to sand the tip of the shaft. I am using two part 24 hour epoxy. Do I need to start over or the fact that it's steel I will be able to get away with my brain fart?

I wouldn't want to say for certain, but it could be ok. Being steel though, easy enough to fix up and redo.

Just remember next time, sand the tip!

Doubt it will hold. If it were me, I'd start over

If it were me....I would start over and sand the tip. Then I would be sure that the adapter would stay in place.

I would pull the adapter and start over

start over, easy off because it's steel, epoxy up and leave it in front of a space heater on full blast to halve your 95% cure time

If nothing else I'd redo it for my own piece of mind.
