It only took 44 years of playing this fantastic game that I love to get my first ACE !
Yesterday while playing with my wife and our neighbors across the street, I was stroking the ball pretty well on the first 5 holes and was even par.
We got to the 6th hole and I lasered it at 148 yards into a slight breeze.
I selected my trusty 8 iron and put a smooth swing on it. The Callaway ChromeSoft looked like it was on a good line.
It hit about 12 to 15 feet in front of the flag, bounced once and rolled in the cup.
I went on to shoot 2 over - 74 for the round, low score for the year so far.
