Giving credit where credit is due...face insert on my Odyssey Works Tank Versa #7 is coming unglued, called Callaway CS this evening, and a new O-Works Tank #7 is on the way. No questions asked, since it's a known issue, still the rep on the phone could not have been nicer.

Very impressed and will definitely keep Callaway/Odyssey on my radar for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, not really surprised either, but happy that they take their CS seriously.

I'm a fan of that business ethic.
 
Callaway CS among the best in the business and always there to take care of the customer. They definitely get it.

After what Callaway did for me with my current irons in replacing all of them I won't seek another manufacturer again.
