golf addict help me!!
So I took a chance on ebay and brought one of these for £50 which as laser rangefinders go is very cheap, and cheap usually means rubbish, wrong!!!
When it arrived I was eager to have a play but it was a gym night, so on the way to going to the gym I picked up the parcel and I had the I want to play feeling all the way there. What i can tell you about the gym is it is 30yds long 6 yds high the bars are 25 yards from the office the vault is 23....... as you guessed i measured everything!!!
Anyway next day and i decide to hit the range and test this baby out firstly i measure all the flags which I had no problem getting a fix on (helps that I have a steady hand perhaps). Then I lasered the markers which was all out some short and others long. The hills and trees measured quite easy and fast. So i went on to hitting some balls first off I hit the range balls which go 20% less apparently which with my 7 iron was measureing 138 yrds but with my own balls was coming out at 159 yds.
To sum it up I would say it's a great peice of kit at a bargain price..
