Wedge Sole Grinds

I would love some opinions on whether I should get a little sole grind on my wedges. When I am around the greens I sometimes catch the ball a little thin. Not sure what kind of grind to get if I do get one.

I have Cleveland CG15 wedges.
 
Grinds have been a hot topic as of late several threads in the equipment forum about them
