I'm not an Ohio or Michigan guy but I am potentially interested. Only a four hour drive for me!
But that's the game with the least house advantage. Or is tallying up our scores after the round too much counting for the day? :smile:

Weekend nights they most likely will have almost every table and game open. If someone wants to play a game and risk money, I bet they'll find a way to do it.

I'd agree with you but after my range session Thursday I've got a lot of distance to pick back up before I hit the course.

MI/OH and Anyone Else 2015 Gathering - August 29th
How close to Ypistanti are you looking to be? And how nice of a course? Fellows Creek in Canton is a nice course with 27 holes. It's not the best course, compared to northville hills but it's not expensive and with 27 holes it's easy to get out. Also the St. John's is right at Carl's Golfland is also 27 holes.
Pheasant Run is also nice, it was a Michigan Am qualifying course a year or two ago.

Id say in the area, preferrably south, but no real restrictions set.
I have the GM at Eagle Crest making a few calls for us both Public and Private and will see what options he comes back with.

Heard back form a few options (private) for the Sunday round, still too pricey IMO and cant tee off til 10am at 1 and 1pm at the other...no thanks.
Thoughts on Leslie Park from anyone local? Guy at Eagle Crest said he loves it there and its the #1 Municipal course in MI and top 50 in US. Always in good shape and Arthur Hills design. Posted rate is only $44 too

I know nothing about the course but only 20 minutes northeast. for someone driving 8 hours after golf Sunday I am a fan of that as well as the price. Definitely need somewhere that will let us tee off early.
Like sunrise early.

No doubt, ideally south is the play, but I'll see what else he comes back with as an option. And if not will try not to stray more than 15 or so away in any direction.
