I showed these pics to the wife and the R.I. trip is in full planning mode, might try and make it before the golf season ends so we can play Warwick Country club. My Grandfather was big deal there and my Uncle's are still members.

I love the proportion of lobster to bread, and with a little lettuce sticking out!
Went to Bristol Oyster Bar in Bristol, RI tonight for dinner and got this. The garlic bread roll was a nice touch. Not quite the level of some other "clam shacks" around here, but was good for an upscale place.

Nice TUT. That is looking good.
4th of July lunch. Went to the seafood shack down the street. Absolutely fantastic. Minimal amount of mayo, lobster was cooked perfectly. And the lettuce for a bit of crunch on a buttered roll.
Pro tip: best bet on a lobster roll is if the place also serves whole lobsters. That way you know it's fresh.
