My swing is right where I want it; however, I have a leaky fade. Any attempt at a draw turns into a pull draw. Trying to have it start on target and fall left. Hands too high? Out in front? It's small, but sometimes it turns into a big miss.

You're not releasing the club fully at impact. If you were to extend down the line after impact it would help with the release. Imagine that you are releasing the club two inches in front of the ball. This will help with your extension. This will also keep you square and allow those forearms to turn that face over. A good drill to get the feeling of the toe turning over is to feel as though you're trying to bury your knuckles of your left hand into the turf. This motion is impossible but the feeling of covering the ball with the face of the club is very real.

Do not change anything else in your swing.
