Last 3 gloves with holes here.... What's up?

So my last 3 gloves have worn out on the tip of my thumb. It is where the end of my fingernail is and I keep my nails really short.

Is my grip messed up and causing this or what?

silly question but do you use your teeth to take your glove off, or is this where you grab your glove first to take it off?

This hole is much bigger than it started but no I don't use my teeth. I am pretty sure that's where I start taking my glove off though

My thumb wears more than the other fingers in my glove as well, because I always start at the thumb when I take it off. Sometimes use my teeth (do it without even thinking sometimes)...that's why I ask... LOL
