Any web designers out there? I have a question about ecommerce.

I am very web illiterate. I have built a website that using wix (one of those template based design sites,) and want to know if there is any way to incorporate some kind of custom product builder into my online store?

I don't know if there are services out there that provide something like this that can be simply plugged into my site, or if it's something that I'll need to hire some one to do and is going to cost me far more than I ever planned to make selling a hobby.

Unfortunately no. That's the problem with these custom website factories. They're not very custom. And yes something like that would cost quite a bit. I own Web design business.
