I put the Softspikes Black Widow in my last pair.

Which type of thread though?
 
Small metal threaded spikes, at least that's what mine take. I think they're the only metal thread left so there should only be one size

Awesome, thanks! Turns out the ones I'm taking with me, the spikes are in good shape, but the other pair need replaced.
