I've got a pork shoulder on for some pulled pork tonight. :D
 
Our entire backyard smells amazing right now.
 
Grilled Mahi Mahi w homemade siracha tartar sauce.
Had a few leftover rolls from burgers the other day so made some fish sandwiches.

Coming off the smoker now. Going to wrap and refrigerate, then cut into steaks and grill to medium rare

Cut into steaks today and grilled about 3 minutes each side, wow these are really good

The #BGE is the best komodo there is. I have had mine for 9 years and still love it now as the day I got it
 
I've got Beef Jerky on one side, pork tenderloin in the middle, and ribs for the landlords at the firebox. 2 hours in!
 
And we' re just about there. Ribs are off to the landlords, the pork tenderloin is in my belly, and the beef jerky is in the home stretch!
