Emoji - Do you use them?

I used to not like to use emoji, now I use them pretty frequently. On the forum, in text, a good bit of time when I'm communicating with people.

Do you use them? What do you think about using them?

Not all the time but fairly frequently. Just one of those things that I will use them if I think about it.

Yes I do. I don't go crazy with them but sometimes they just work.

It's tough to show the tone of text. They help so a post doesn't come across the wrong way sometimes.

I use them a good bit. I refuse to use them in a business setting though which that thought seems to be lost with some of my co-workers

I use them, but mostly I use my Bitmoji I created and it's fun. Just a different way to communicate

Not a ton, I prefer to say 1000 words with a picture, or even more with a gif.

Speaking of, is there a particular reason that pics hosted on tinypic are really hit or miss lately as to if they show up or not on THP?

I think Ben said it is because some pics are http and some are https and since the upgrade a couple weeks ago, the http ones don't work.

I use them when posting and in text. I am not crazy with them, but sometimes I think they convey my emotions a little better than "lol" or "haha".

I enjoy them. More so in texting. But like Moose said, it can really help show tone.

I agree with the non-use of them in the business setting. One of my pet peeves at work is when someone uses text language in e-mails at work. To me it is unprofessional and borders on lazy.
