You have been given $5500 to buy whatever golf equipment you want buy you have to buy at least a full bag of clubs and a golf bag and whatever you don't spend gets returned.

For me I going all PXG

Driver - 0811 9.5*
Wood - 0341 15*
hybrid - 0317 19*
irons- 0311t 4-pw
wedges - 0311 50/54/60
putter - gunboat
bag - player stand bag

Callaway top to bottom, including staff and staff stand bag. Balance on Toulon Garage putters to round out the balance. Can't have to many putters. I won't have any change.

I would probably go Callaway top to bottom, and get a nice Toulon Garage custom to round out the bag.

I think I'm a couple grand short even with the fitting.

It's approximately $5000 for the 14 clubs and the bag comes in under $400. I wanted to go with the extreme dark on the irons but that's more than the budget as they cost $100 more per iron

What do you buy?

Full fitting and buy the brands I like that fit me best. For putter either a Scotty, bettinardi, or Toulon. Then I grab one of those new UA stand bags made by sun mountain.
 
Since I have to spend $5,500 I'd go with 10 PXG irons, 3 Epic woods with a $300 custom shaft in each, and a Piretti putter.

I'd hafta at least consider PXG irons. Probably Epic driver and FW. Somebody's super-expensive putter. Hope it has thick skin though because it'll likely lose to my bargain bin putter!

Hmmmm . . . great question!! I think I would spend a lot of time and try and find the best independent club fitter I could find. Then buy what he/she says. I do love Srixon and Ping though . . .
