Man that head on shot really showed how much his shaft bent from hitting that root
 
That was for real. Pretty much exactly what I did which cost me 9 months for recovery.

No way he's faking it. He may be injured pretty badly. My buddy snapped his wrist hitting a root and didn't swing near that hard...
