Not to bring the mood down here, but I have student who can use all the extra prayers she can get right now. Yesterday she collapsed in her JV soccer game and seizure. They found a tumor on her optical nerve and one on her spine. Tomorrow she will undergo surgery. At this time they do not know if they are cancerous or not. So if you pray or not please send one out for this 14 year old. She needs all the help she can get. My pe department is going to start a fundraiser to raise money for bills that her family will face or miss from not being at work. Hopefully we can help out some. It is a very somber day at school for the staff as the students do not know yet.

Oh man, this hits home and I know exactly what the parents must be going through. Prayers to her and the family that this comes out ok and they receive blessed news in the end.
 
Thoughts for the poor girl. I hope she's able to recover soon.
