One of he fun parts of working in content creation is learning about new things that work. I stumbled across this product a while back and it's super cool.

Tiny little 1.5x1.5 light that puts out serious brightness and is waterproof.

That's a helluva deal for that much light oomph. You think it would light up a room or a big enough space for portraits? I have one light but it tends to wash people out a bit.

What's the battery life on it? Not interested in it for photography, but seems great as portable or emergency lighting

Probably not, unless a light box was used.

I believe its 20 minutes on full power.

I could use that thing to light up some work areas!

Geez. That thing is bright! JB would you use it for basic lighting (flashlight style) or something else?

Depends on the project. For me it was about traveling and mobile content creation.

The bluetooth feature with the mobile app is fantastic. Literally set it up and when you take a picture, it flashes as a normal flash would. This gives the ability to have light coming from different areas.
 
I've seen these before, just never one working. Looks good
