I have used it for a couple months off and on. It really works and helps me mentally think about hitting down on the ball. Would be easy to use at home into a net. I wouldn't recommend without net unless outdoors with plenty of room.

Anyone else have experience with these? I have trouble topping the ball so I thought these would be a good thing for me to work with. I've been hitting them around my backyard tonight and so far I think it is helping. The fact I can even get these discs slightly airborne should help me make better contact with the ball the next time I go to the range.
