Ricky bumped this tweet from Nick on Friday and I thought I'd check it out.

It was a great experience. I've included pictures and some thoughts on the experience.

Nick, John and Mike were awesome all three were super knowledgeable, really friendly, and answered any and all questions.

They had the entire line of Infinite putters as well as the 8802 Anniversary model (my favorite)

I introduced myself to Nick and he took me to the hitting bays where they had all of their clubs out and he had me hit the FG Tour Blade 7 iron and the D200 7Iron. It was night and day different, I was 20 yards longer with the D200 than I was with the FG Tour.

I played around with all of the different models including ones with graphite shafts, I hit the D200 with the Element Graphite shaft the longest - about 15 yards longer (one time thing) than my consistent distances with D200 in Steel

Definitely something for everyone.

After I was done hitting Nick gave me a tour of the Van, which was awesome, he definitely didn't have to do that, it was cool seeing where he works and the tools that he has to do the cool custom touches to each club. He was also doing some custom club work for anyone purchasing Wilson Golf clubs that day.

So cool Alex. I hate that I missed them when they were in town here.

Wow really cool! Nick is a nice guy and always happy to talk golf, or technology if you let him haha. Glad you had a good experience. I have to say I'm a huge fan of the 8802 also, gorgeous classic looking putter

Awesome, love the pics!

Nice pics Alex. Glad you had chance to meet Nick. He is a good guy and full of energy. The tour of the van is cool. Nick loves his job and sharing with others.

Looks like a great experience.

Awesome write up Alex, sorry I missed it but I was out playing.

Looks like a great experience Alex, the Wilson's going to move the Bridgestone's out of the bag?

Really cool! Would love to go to something like that!

That looks great fun. That was nice of them to show you around the truck, thanks for the pics.

Great recap & pics Alex! I'm hoping to catch up with the van next week in RI when Nick is in Cranston. I have a meeting that day in Warwick and I'll be driving right by where he'll be afterwards, I plan on making a detour to say hello and check out the D200s in comparison to my D100s.

Awesome recap Alex looks like a good time

No, very solid clubs but I'm rolling the DPFs this year

Looks like a great day with Mick and company Alex! Hanging around the Wison Staff people you can feel thier energy and excitement. It's fun to see them working hard to put thier products back in a more positive light.

That's awesome, looks like it was a blast. Thanks for sharing!

Giving this a bump up because I had the pleasure of meeting Nick and John from W/S today in Cranston RI. Both guys are great and you can tell they're really behind getting Wilson products into as many hands as possible.

Nick gave me a tour of the van also and we talked THP for a few minutes. Plus it was fun hitting the various irons (D200 all the way).

If you can swing by one the the van stops, DO IT.

That looks amazing! Wilson needs to bring one of these events closer to me than Tacoma!!

It's great that they are covering the east coast and down south but they are completely absent in my state. Which is weird as its a short 45 min drive from their headquarters.
