Ricky bumped this tweet from Nick on Friday and I thought I'd check it out.
It was a great experience. I've included pictures and some thoughts on the experience.
Nick, John and Mike were awesome all three were super knowledgeable, really friendly, and answered any and all questions.
They had the entire line of Infinite putters as well as the 8802 Anniversary model (my favorite)
I introduced myself to Nick and he took me to the hitting bays where they had all of their clubs out and he had me hit the FG Tour Blade 7 iron and the D200 7Iron. It was night and day different, I was 20 yards longer with the D200 than I was with the FG Tour.
I played around with all of the different models including ones with graphite shafts, I hit the D200 with the Element Graphite shaft the longest - about 15 yards longer (one time thing) than my consistent distances with D200 in Steel
Definitely something for everyone.
After I was done hitting Nick gave me a tour of the Van, which was awesome, he definitely didn't have to do that, it was cool seeing where he works and the tools that he has to do the cool custom touches to each club. He was also doing some custom club work for anyone purchasing Wilson Golf clubs that day.
