Having a conversation with my co-worker about this fine side dish.

This is my favorite side you can make/order.

Do you like Mashed Potatoes Yay or Nay?

However you like them, with butter, garlic etc.

I'm surprised this question has to be asked. Really. Mashed potatoes are amazing. Plain, with butter, doused in gravy and corn, garlic, I could go on and on.

As long as you're not screaming it at a golf tournament, I love them. Pretty much any way you want to serve them.
 
Love them but only eat them a few times a year. My favorite is the Pioneer Woman recipe. The wife follows her blog and tries a lot of her stuff.
