Big fan! Love me some poke.

I tried it the other week. I liked it. I thought it wasn't raw fish? I thought poke was cooked with the marinade it's put in or citric acid from the fruit juice or whatever.🤷‍♂️

Big poke fan, love it. Salmon is first choice, followed by yellowtail, then tuna.

I will say. For me

poke > sushi. And I like sushi

Just inspired me for a dinner recommendation for tonight.

Speaking of dinner recommendations:

Salmon sushi bake is a pretty simple recipe and it’s a pretty good gateway sushi dish.

No thanks... not a fan of raw fish of any sort.

We have a number of poke places around our area and I noticed when in CA they were popping up there too. I've been a big fan for years since trying it in both Hawaii and overseas.

Tuna is the most common and so many great ways.

Are you a poke fan?
Irony? Had it for dinner today, tuna 99% of the time. 3 places within 3 miles currently.

I tried it once and it was pretty good. I was honestly surprised I liked it considering I don’t like sashimi. It’s not something I get regularly though
