I'm wondering if any dippers out there had any issues occur with their swing because of their habit?

I chewed back in college back around 2004 then gave it up for close to a decade, then I started back up when I found a tin in the dugout working for the MN Twins.

Recently my health has gotten bad (not to mention my golf swing has disappeared)...I am wondering if chewing is the root of some of these issues?

I used to dip Skoal...then it was Griz, then the last year or so I started chewing 'Yak (Kayak). Is chewing the cheaper stuff going to have more adverse effects on my health?

Have been dipping as long as playing so I have no idea if there is any correlation between dipping and swing faults. I really highly doubt it.

I think chewing in general is going to be detrimental to your health regardless of brand.
