golf trip scoring games paired with PGA events

I've got a small (5 man) golf trip this weekend where we are using Stableford scoring format. Coincidentally the Barracuda Championship is also using a Stableford scoring format so I was trying to figure out a side betting game we could do involving the PGA event. Anyone ever do something like this for their golf trips or have any ideas?
 
I've seen it done where each player gets to choose a PGA player and you play as a team with "your player". Personally I wasn't a fan of it but some guys seemed to think it was fun.
