Are they all the same or are they different food items. What makes them different if they are?

I don't know but I think they are all hot dogs.

weiner's are shorter than Franks, otherwise I don't think there is a difference.

That's what she said last night :bulgy-eyes:

All synonyms for lips and hooves

If you put the right stuff on whatever you want to call them, they are awesome!

I am a weiner, I like hot dogs, and I know someone named Frank.

Nathan's or Hebrew national only plz.

All the same to me.

They are all good, so long as you don't put ketchup on them.

All different names for hot dogs, just like pop and soda are different names for Coke. :)

Weiners = Northern
Franks = Same / New York, Chicago
Hot Dogs = Southern

I do not know that the above information is true, but I have gathered it over the years.

I do know that NO ONE in the South says Weiners or Franks! lol

Boooooo, ketchup, mustard, relish, onions, cheese baby

I don't live in North Korea or China, where ketchup is an acceptable condiment.

These colors don't run, brother.

I even use organic ketchup

Wiener is sausage to me. Hot dogs or franks are the same....

I'd prefer a brat if I could please...

Probably the only a thing I miss about NYC is Sabrett hot dogs, AKA "dirty water dogs". A lot of mustard (Guldens) and some of those Sabrett onions in red sauce. Street vendor food at it's best!

I am comfortable in saying I love Hot Dogs.

I wouldn't feel comfortable saying I love wieners OR Franks.

Grilled with a slight char, top cut bun, little mustard, diced onions, relish and yes Ketchup from time to time.
