Eh, kinda. Captain's agreement says if it ends in a tie, both teams split it... So no one wins
 
If the Ryder Cup next year has this kind of drama at the end, people will lose their minds.

FWIW, Bae has to win outright in his match for the Internationals to win. So he has to win 17 AND 18.

Ryder Cup seems to have no problem at all with the teams tying. The difference is that the team that is the defending champ retains the cup in that event, different from officially calling it a tie.
