Not sure if this will be permitted, but I want to throw a $25 gift card into the mix for the winner. While I'm not participating, I appreciate so many people committing themselves to better health for themselves and their families.

Really appreciate the gesture DDXU, at this time THP has said this is something that cannot be offered due to potential health reasons for those involved. Hopefully like you said, the people that are in it will push ahead for the prize of the better health for themselves and families.
I am thinking this thread needs a resurgence.Day 2 begins today and we have our dinner planned out. Tonight is slow cooker chicken sliders. Got it from FoodNetwork I believe as one of their healthy dinner options.
P90X and Insanity are both awesome workouts, Chunky.I'm pondering the P90X. It's a very light ponder

That workout kicked my butt and I tried it when I was in shape.

This is what I'm worried about. I'm not in good shape right now and quite honestly I feel like I have some heart issues that should probably be looked at. I probably need to work up to the P90X
Exactly my thoughts. I know a couple people who used the biggest loser workouts to get in shape for P90X and Insanity.Use them as a guideline. When you feel like it's too much, stop. Modify the workouts. If there is something you cant do, jog in place until the next exercise. There are plenty of other good ones out there too. The Biggest Loser workouts are good. They are pretty low impact but give you a good workout.

I'm thinking hard about starting Insanity soon. I have no life on the weekends other than golf, so the 6 days a week wouldn't bother me at all. I've always been afraid of some of these workouts messing with my golf swing, though.
So, what's everyone's goal? If you don't feel comfortable, just say how many you want to lose. I want to get down to 115 lbs, but If I stay the same and lose fat and add muscle that would be even better. Want to start hitting some bombs this year Good luck!
I will just say based on my weight I have gained 55 pounds or so since college started. That is incredibly horrible. My ending goal is 75 pounds. Not obviously by the end of the 90 days.. This is probably a year or so down the road, but I feel more motivated now then I ever have

I feel you man, my playing weight in college was 215-220, now I'm 265.....so basically 10 pounds a year.....time to do something about that!!!
