boat cost

I'm considering getting a boat like a Chaparral 327 SSX or similar. After the initial purchase, what are the typical slip fees, maintenance fees, insurance, and cost to operate? I don't know much about boats, and would likely have a service maintain the boat. This would be in the Destin, FL area.
